The new logo of the Advanced Data Management Technologies Laboratory was revealed on Friday August 31st, 2007. The revelation was done in the form of t-shirt worn by the group member's at the Computer Science Department annual picnic.

The logo depicts a disk which contains symbols from the ancient Phaistos disc found in Crete, Greece. The symbols are then gradually replaced by bits. At the bottom of the disk are the initials of our group's name.
